Meditation and Conversation

Every other Tuesday*

5:30 pm  to 7:00  at the

Unitarian Unilateralist Congregation of Whidbey Island

20103 State Route 525 - Freeland, WA 98249

We are a diverse group with a variety of practices:   Christian, Buddhist, Jewish, Taoist, ... and open to any ..
We sit silently for 40 minutes and then talk about our experiences.
We learn from each others' experience.
Surprisingly, (or perhaps not) we learn also from describing our own experience.
While it's not easy to describe meditative experiences in words, it can be enlightening, sometimes, as well as confusing, often.
We sit in silence and then speak and come and go as we feel moved, closing at 7:00 pm.

People new to meditation are welcome.
